butterscotch*s is an all-natural, green label, scratch baking label collaboration between us, two long island sisters with a shared dream. trained as visual artists, we spent the early part of our separate professional lives pursuing careers in the fields of sculpture and photography respectively. this shared eye for artful presentation and skillful execution are now artfully applied to our shared world of food and pastry.
together, we strive to combine irresistible flavor combinations through pastry made of only the finest natural ingredients, creating memorable food experiences that will keep the palate wanting more.

collette and stephanie foley are sisters who trained as, respectively, a sculptor and a food photographer-but their striking confections taste as good as they look. —Erica Marcus, Newsday, 10 of our favorite spots to buy pie
I stumbled upon butterscotch*s at the rockville center farmers market last summer while visiting friends. I bought a few bakery items, but what I fell in love with was their greek tart. they were not only beautiful in presentation, but the tarts were crisp, savory, and simply mouth watering. I can’t wait to try more of butterscotch*s product line on my next visit! —Jessica, Boston, Massachusetts
my favorite is butterscotch*s blueberry scones, a perfect mix with a cup of tea. my kids love the bite sized brownies and blondies which are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.—Erin, Massapequa Park, New York
the tex-mex tart was my favorite, an unexpected treat of mexican flavors in a round tart and hit the spot. not your typical baked good, what a surprise-you*ve got to try it! —Chris, Commack, New York
butterscotch*s products are all amazing. we love the cowboy oat cookies the most. once you take a bite, you can not stop enjoying them. we met the owners/bakers at the farmers market and they were able to tell us about all of the natural ingredients they use. in addition, they had samples for us to try, which made my kids very happy! we have also tried the scones, banana bread, and apple tarts, all are absolutely delicious! —Deirdre, East Islip, New York
the oat raisin cranberry scones are amazing. I would go every weekend to fill our goodies needs. our daughters day care workers love us during the farmers market season. YUMMY. our dog is also obsessed with their dog biscuits, we can*t get in the door before giving him one. —The DiBartolos
